Exciting progress is unfolding at Air at Strathalbyn, with Stage 2 construction now well and truly underway. The team has hit the ground running, and momentum on-site is building fast.
We’re thrilled to share a special update from Russell Gwynne, Head of Residential Developments (SA), filmed as early works commenced on Stage 2. In the video, Russell walks us through the initial phases of the construction journey, marking the beginning of another vibrant chapter for our growing community.
Since filming, works have progressed rapidly:
-Bulk earthworks are now well underway, reshaping the land and preparing it for future homes.
-Trenching for underground services has officially commenced, bringing us one step closer to delivering titled lots.
This is a significant step forward for the development and for future residents who will soon call Air at Strathalbyn home. As construction continues, we’ll be sharing regular updates to keep you informed every step of the way.
